I created The Worth Doctor to help burned-out adults stop being so hard on themselves and rebuild a sense of worth that isn’t dependent on productivity, people-pleasing or external validation.
My Approach
My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in how the nervous system actually works.
Instead of pushing mindset work on an already overwhelmed system, we start by creating safety in the body. From there, we gently unlearn the beliefs and conditioning that taught you to earn your worth through overdoing, overgiving and self-abandonment.
This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you come back to yourself.
